OOC Notice: READ THIS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE!

REGARDING DISCUSSIONS IN THIS FORUM CORNER ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT:

A discussion process actually has an expiration date! Soon final decisions on the topics will be made by those participating in this. If one hasn’t even bothered to look at what is going on here and much more take part, he or she cant come afterwards saying ''but I didn’t agreed on anything!''. The topic is here, and will be for some time. But NOT forever! I know it is early, just thought to make this clear at the start. If people want all the decisions to be made by two or three people, then fine, but we could have done this via PMs at the AA, not ask RXII to loan us a corner here.
The idea of this forum corner is to be an open discussion and share views and ideas.

So, keep these in mind:

1. Topics have an expiration date. Once a topic closes and what was discussed goes to the Notice board it becomes OFFICIAL as far as the Ebon Blade Knights Project is concerned and will NOT open again for revisement unless an important issue arise!

2. Contribution to this effort is important in any form. Even the smallest comment matters!

3. Topics posted at the Notice board of the ''Ebon Blades of Argent Dawn'' section are official rules and proceedings of this project, created after a long discussion and have been agreed upon by its members. They are not open to revisement, negotiations or exceptions after the discussion process has been completed unless an important issue arises.

4. The Death Knight Community Effort is open to all players that want to play their Death Knight character and have fun, but the Knights of the Ebon Blade RP Project is a Role Play setting incorporating Guilds and individual players playing, or want to play, a Knight of the Ebon Blade. As such it is a common effort to flesh out the Ebon Blade Order in a commonly accepted way by those in it. Thus, there will be rules governing the RP to exercise a measure of order and make sure things run smoothly.

Definition of ''Important Issue'':
As the project expands and new members come in with new ideas, parts of certain topics will require revisement. Do keep in mind that ''Important Issue(s)'' do NOT include whining from members that were not taking part in the discussion process despite been repeatedly informed of the forum and the topics within and were ASKED by me personally to register and post their views and comments/suggestions.
